Nokia X is available today at INR 8,600 ($ 140 / € 100) in Nokia's official store. For comparison, the Nokia Lumia 520 - by far the most popular Windows Phone handsets - the cost of INR 7,700. The Lumia 520 is highly popular for a reason – Androids in its price range are nowhere near its specs.
Nokia X is no monster, but you get the map to the same free offline navigation.
